Claire Hou (junior) is the Health and Fitness Director of INTERLACE, who is passionate about helping the community thrive through research and exercise. She currently researches the relationship between HLA alleles and clozapine-induced myocarditis and is in the Do Lab at Stanford, involved in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Radiology. She is also dedicated to running, and she is the top runner in her high school’s Varsity Girls Cross Country team and Varsity Girls distance team in Track. She was the Assistant Captain of her high school cross country team in 2025, and she qualified for the 2025 CIF State Cross Country Championships. Additionally, she is a sports editor for her high school newspaper. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center, along with playing clarinet in youth orchestras around the Bay Area.
